        Be aware that you can not use portage county gift certificates at nationally own businesses. You can only use them at small businesses in portage county. I voiced my concern to the chamber of commerce but they did not care. Portage county doesnt have great small businesses here as shopping is horrible in this county. They should really stop this program as it is a scam.
