Josh has helped me personally sell one house, purchase another and getting ready to have him list another. He is very professional, sincere and most of all accurate in his assessment for you his clients. If you are the buyer, her truly represents you in assessing a home, any issues that is may have and options for changes to make it work for you. I needed a home office space and ideally in a location that would minimize client traffic thru the main living area.
