We had a Heat & Glo Supreme 35, Iron Age fireplace insert installed on March 6, 2023. Ken Doubek did an excellent job of describing the many possible choices in an understandable way. The installation crew members (Zack, Justin and Erik) were knowledgeable, neat, and very efficient! We were very pleased with the whole experience and we enjoy the results!

We recently visited Alaskan Fireplace to find out more about about the features of the fireplace installed by Alaskan Fireplace, in the new construction home we bought back in 2021. Ken was very helpful, not only did he explain how to use our battery back up before the big cold snap in the event we lost power. He also showed us the remote upgrade that allowed us to control the fan speed and room temperature in our home. We couldn't be happier with the service customer service we received, especially after the install was complete.

I called Alaskan Fireplace to make an appointment for a service on my pellet stove. A company was to come out today after a 3 1/2 week appointment wait and cancelled this morning! Ken sat on the phone with me and walked me through diagnosing the stove issue. By the end of the call the stove fired up and was working again. Any other company would have put me on a month wait list and charged $200.00 -$300.00 plus to come out for a simple fix. Not many companies like that out there anymore. Great customer services!!! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.. we needed to see a a stove in person before ordering it for our house under construction in a different state.. I wished I could have bought something from them.. I would definitely have them install my stove if I were staying in this area...
