        Have had many issues since they opened, over a year ago I bought a disposable vape that would not stop hitting on its own and havent been back since. Decided today that I would try to get an elf bar since I didnt want to go all the way to rice lake. Once again disappointed. I get to my car after buying a vape (for almost $30) that says it is called summertime, I open it to see the device its self says strawberry kiwi lemonade. When I went in the guy working googled it and says that summertime is supposed to taste like strawberry kiwi and lemon and hands it back to me, didnt offer an exchange. Only to get home and realize the entire device is fake. The light is blue on the bottom when every other elf bar I have had has a small pinpoint white light. Throwing away this fake device and will never be returning to this or any of your other stores.

      Hey Dylan, We would really really love a second chance. You are welcome to come back in and I guarantee we will make this right. Our policy is to exchange any defective products.We carry hundreds of nicotine products, and work directly with the largest distributors and manufacturers in the US so we can keep prices as low as possible. Unfortunately there is a big problem with fake vs real elf bars, this has been going on for over a year now. We've been fortunate to not have this happen at any of our stores until now. But based on your feedback, we have decided to pull all the elf bars off the shelf and are sending them back to the distributor.Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We'd love to make this right for you, even if this is the last time you shop with us.
