      image The auto place was "running late/behind" with my install and said they still hadn't started on the appointment before my appointment. So instead of my time of 1030 am.... It's now 12:41pm and they haven't even started mine yet. So much for making an appointment. Why do you bother to have them if you can't keep them?

This will be addressed with the call center agent who should have advised you that the drop-off style appointment is to give the shop has as much time as needed to complete it.
