Derak and Mike went above and beyond to help me out when I got broke down in the middle of nowhere. True professionals and the type of people you want to do business and send business their way! They love what they do and serving others. Mike came tothe rescue in the middle of the night without hesitation and Derak coordinated it all while out of town helping some other folks in a pinch. He helped me with a recommended Mechanic that he knows and trusts. Best towing experience hands down!

Palisades Towing & Recovery is a great reputable business. My car got stuck going up my driveway nearly scraping the fence. I was already preparing for a huge scrape on the side of my car if I was to have it towed out. They came out and not only pulled my car out but left without leaving a scratch on it. Even though it was past midnight and snowing outside they were beyond helpful and reassuring that they would help with no issue. I couldnt recommend them more to anyone. Overall great people, knowledgeable and fair with pricing.

Darek at Palisades Towing and Recovery was totally a lifesaver! We are in the middle of moving (my widowed mom and me, a single mom) and had rented a 26 foot U-Haul that promptly got stuck in the ice and mud in our driveway. It was after 6 PM. We called a towing company that was closer to our location and because it was after hours they were going to charge us $370. If we waited till normal business hours the next day they were still going to charge us $300. BUTthen we found Palisades Towing and Recovery on Google and called them. Darek picked up right away, was super nice, and even though it was after hours and hed have to drive about 25 minutes each direction, he said no problem and hed only charge us $150 for coming out!!! When he got here he literally took care of EVERYTHING and got the huge U-Haul clear of the mud/ice/snow ruts in my driveway. He even gave great advice to help us avoid getting stuck again while we finish loading and moving!! We ended up giving him $200 instead because we were so grateful and impressed and he was worth it!! If wed have had $370 to pay, like the first guy quoted, wed have 100% rather given our money to Palisades towing. He was honest and helpful and fast!! 5 stars all the way!!

Derek is someone you want to trust when the wheels fall off! No seriously - our wheel fell off. We were on our way home from Jackson to Denver when our lug nuts sheered off and we lost a wheel in Hoback Canyon. Derek was recommended by a handful of folks for being fair, prompt, and knowing his stuff. It was a Sunday, so not a lot was open. That said, Derek was able to tow us out to his shop and get all of our studs and lug nuts replaced. I called Derek at 9am for a tow, we got parts from Idaho Falls, and he had us on way way by 4pm the same day (and that's including the 5 hours it took to get parts). Very impressive if you ask me. Cannot thank him enough for the fair, timely, and damn good job he did to get us back up in running SAME DAY on a SUNDAY! Don't bother calling anyone else on the Teton Valley / Jackson area. Not only this, but Derek texted us a handful of times that evening and next day to make sure we had made it home safely. Stand up guy, he's the one you want!
