        Been about a month waiting on my Snap card. I keep calling and trying to get updated on where it is and how I can get it but no one is helping me locate it or helping me get my card to use my benifits. And every time you call / get transfered to the customer service line as well you have to leave a message and if you dont answer there first call back you wont get another one and you have to repeate the whole process

        They are constantly showing that they are not professional! Literally you have to quite extensively show bad behavior and bad work ethic before you're even considered to be fired from this place.

        The wyerap online application needs to get the bugs out. And when I call to talk to an agent, they rudely talk over you and dont let you finish talking. I was taught that was rude. Teach them to let people finish saying what they are saying. Might fix problems faster..
