        I dont go through Verizon, but I when I had gone to an AT&T store to ask for help about the Apple update they were very rude and told me thats not their job. Cynthia, the store manager here at Verizon helped me out even though Im not a Verizon customer. She reached beyond lengths to try and help me. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING WORK ETHIC FRIENDLY AMAZING SERVICE Thank you for your kind and generous help! Theres few people that have work ethic like Cynthia! She strives to make her company better!

        I was having trouble with my old phone and was not able to turn it on, thus all my passwords and everything were lost. I went to the Verizon store and Tresden was able to work his magic and get the information needed to get the new phone up and going. He was professional and patient. Thanks
