The trail is great and so very scenic! We did it with a baby strapped to our back in a backpack, and it was a challenge, but in a good way. The water the end was frigid and exactly what we needed! I highly recommend for a family outing.

Beautiful hike, go here! Follow the river up to the falls & take a dip in the freezing cold water on a hot summer day.

Great family hike and well worth the drive! Took my wife and I about an hour to make it to the water slide, water wasnt running this time of year to use it (best in spring) however the cold as can be water was great! It was nice to relax in the warmer lower wading pool also. Do note that there is a bit of an elevation gain on the hike in, so be sure to pack poles or take your time as the trail can be rocky with loose gravel.
