        Called to schedule a head gasket replacement for my truck. Soonest they had was a month out. I missed the drop off day by Miscommunication. Instead of calling me they bumped me. Soonest they have available, is another month from now. Call someone else .

      Greg, we're sorry we're unable to fit your vehicle in right away after the missed appointment. Due to demand, our shop has to schedule 15-30 days out. And your repair is a lengthy one, so squeezing it in isn't an option. It is our policy to give each repair the time that it needs to get it done right, and sometimes that requires things to be scheduled out longer in advance. It was certainly never our intention to upset you or lose your business, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused you.
