        Michael, from Father & Son Carpet Cleaning did not show up to an appointment that I had made for my grandmother and I prepaid for the service. Currently, Father and Son has my $160 including a prepaid tip and now they are avoiding all contact. Very unprofessional and not the way anyone should do business. I am extremely disappointed that a company would do that in this day and age.

        I prepaid for a carpet cleaning for my grandmother and they took my money including a prepaid tip and never showed.  This is very disappointing and the company is not responding anymore.
