If you believe that acting in a totally unprofessional manner is a good thing, then this is the place for you. If you believe that a total lack of communication or a lack of communication between you and your bank is a good thing, then this is the place for you. If you believe there are other financial institutions that are willing to treat you in a civilized and professional manner, then I would go there and not here.
