        From the reception to the end of my exam, all employees were very friendly and professional. I would have given a "10" , but was told I would have to pay $40.00 for my PD # (Pupillary Distance). I get it! They want to sell you glasses. But $40.00 is a bit much for a literally 2 second test.

        Everyone here are very nice and friendly.Dr.James and Dr. Scott and staff are very patient and understanding and helpful with helping me find the right contacts for my eyes and also seeing the cause of my itching and discomfort. In resolving all that i like them a lot and would give a recommendation for them.

        I love Dr. James!! i have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and when I started seeing her 3-4 years ago, she gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever gotten! she is the best!!!!

        The staff at 20/20 Eyecare are extremely nice and caring. Everyone has your best interest at heart. They do tests that i have never had before at other eye care facilities. At my age and with my family history, these tests are important. I'm sure to some without vision insurance, these test are out of reach; but these tests are also completely up to the patient. I purchase my eyeglasses elsewhere as theirs are very expensive. All in all, I can say that I am extremely pleased with 20/20 Eyecare and Dr. James.
