    Just a warning Do Not Move here, it was great at first until they upt are rent and could not tell us where the extra 200 went too, if you want to pay 1,550 a month for a one bedroom and one bath that is small not that big , go right ahead. Needless to say we are gonna go else where that is way cheaper for a one bedroom and one bath and awhole lot bigger too. If I could give this o stars I would the worst place ever and a rip off. Do not go there to rent just telling you you will get screwed like I did.

    Ive never had a very major issue with management. Everything gets solved through talking. Maintenance does sometimes take awhile to get back. I lived there for about 1.5 years. The old managers and maintenance left me without power and fixing the issues for months, new management and Maintenance took about a week to get things done. When redoing the apartment they need to hire better. Paint chips on cabinet from not done correctly and doors. I could also never use my porch or patio because water would come down the hill and splash mud everywhere and they stopped pressure washing the patios every month EDIT this was the old manager not Amanda with the electricity issue. Amanda has resolved issues in a timely manner when we asked. It was previous management and gwr in which I talked with and nothing resolved. Now the problem I had were other residents. From trash being thrown, breezeways were not clean and maintained. The siding was so embarrassing I didnt want to invite people over from things being thrown on wall. My garage was consistently broken into, and my vehicles were vandalized. Not much management can do when other peoples children are terrors: my last straw was me in the process of taking my time moving some child went into my apartment, and smeared feces all over while I was not home( my fault for not locking back door) again. Thats not the managements fault, but other people controlling their children. Another thing my children could never play at the park, teenagers would drink there at night and smash liquor bottles, leaving glass everywhere. The residents and children were tourture. I feel like cameras or more patrolling from the courtesy officer needs to be done: or more strict with residents, and more help to management to help with these children

    As a resident that has lived in several apartments on this property with past management, I was pleased until I moved into an apartment with neighbors above that are extremely loud and come home nightly after midnight. After many attempts to have the situation solved, management wasnt willing to do anything but terminate my lease. Not terminate the loud residents above me. I could only transfer which wasnt possible with health conditions. I asked many times for compensation etc due to this going on continuously since I moved in this apt. (Never with any problems in other units here). Unfortunately, the management team isnt willing to terminate or transfer the neighbors causing the problem. They would prefer to terminate my lease instead. The apartment is my home with my son and is what we chose. I was in hope the management team would be more willing to accommodate residents that abide by the lease agreement, however, they would prefer to keep the residents causing the problems after numerous call and documentation. I will no longer recommend this property myself as a former property manager. I would like to add there are numerous cigarette remains left in front of my apartment, the pet they have urinates on my patio, maintenance takes around two days to complete requests, water is off usually at least once a month inconveniently due to leaks, and garbage isnt picked up as should be due to backed up compactor, no compensation is given to residents due to this inconvenience. Rental rates are high and yet the parking lot needs to be seal-coated due to lines not visible to park and numerous bumps in the lot. Pine straw is only replaced one a year from what I have seen. Should be every season. The property as a whole is lacking. I was told to contact courtesy officer every night when neighbors are loud or the police. I stated police have more important things to do than deal with loud residents and this is a management issue. Unfortunately, management isnt willing to solve the problem after numerous alternatives were given since health conditions prevent me moving.
