I called Soba Mesa at 8:45am on a Saturday morning inquiring for a loved one who wanted to get some help. Chris answered the phone and was immediately willing and prepared to help us navigate this difficult phone call. He told us all about their facilities treatment options, costs for paying in cash vs using insurance as well as provide compassion and emotional support to a complete stranger on the phone. He even called me back when he encountered a hiccup with the insurance to make sure we had the opportunity to get it straightened out so it wouldn’t impact treatment. Ultimately our loved one chose a different facility closer to their home but when I called Chris to tell him this he said “it doesn’t matter where they get help, only that they’re getting it.” He told me to reach out to him at any time with any questions we may have. Based on this experience alone I would encourage anyone who needs help for themselves or a loved one to call Soba Mesa.

This place saved my life. The staff is friendly and they truly care about helping people. The nurses, therapists, doctors, and RA's are all amazing people. Even the upper management is involved with the day to day at all the facilities and their hard work makes the environment and experience as fun as possible. If your looking for a comfortable place to get your life together there is no better option. I highly recommend Soba to anyone who is looking for treatment. And the cookies are awesome!!!

I have never experienced such a caring and loving environment like Soba Mesa! I felt so comfortable to be myself the second I walked through the doors. The staff exceeded my expectations in care and will go out and beyond to help you and make this experience as comforting as possible. They are also very flexible and willing to work with you anyway they can to help you succeed! Best decision I ever made was coming here to get sober!
