Pusch Ridge Cleaners

I don't use dry cleaning service very often but when I do I use Pusch Ridge Cleaners. They do a fine job on my cleaning and the price is very reasonable. It is always ready when promised too.

I took a dress to this cleaner to have dry cleaned and they washed it and shrunk it by 5.5 inches. I brought in the same dress in another color to show the difference and I was met with hostility. He accused me of lying and asked me what I wanted. When I simply asked for a refund (not even the cost of the dress), he gave me the $12 back and told me he was removing me from his system and I was no longer welcome as a customer. I have been a customer for years and there was no respect in the interaction. I will not return to their business and I would recommend others find a better cleaner to go to.
