Scott is a fantastic insurance agent. He has always gone above an beyond for my family, not only through the initial sale but any questions that arise he answers immediately. He saved us a ton of money when switching to Farmers but he also reviews my policies without being asked each time they are up for renewal to try to save us even more money. Scott is an example of what excellent customer service looks like

I met Scott after my last insurance agent left Farmers and thus far he has provided the same type of service that made me pick Farmers in the first place. Scott always answers, calls back and is quick to fix any problems. Very satisfied with him. Thank you for all you do Scott!
