Flatline Phone Repair

I broke my screen and they repaired it. Just short of my 90 day end of warranty the screen went black. I brought it in and was told the warranty company probably wouldn't honor my warranty because there was a line down the side of my phone. Well, the girl that owns the place was nice enough to convince the warranty company to repair my phone for free because I didn't even drop it when the screen broke the second time. Well here we are 60 days after that, and my screen broke again. I was going to bring it to flightline, but my husband told me please don't do so now that I've been through two screens with them. I went to Apple, and was told the reason why my screen kept failing as they were using an aftermarket screen not an Apple screen and basically their crap and they don't last very long. so, for $80 I got a new Apple screen and was told that my phone will not continue to have the screen go black now that I have a normal screen. I really like the people that own this place, however, it's not worth the money when your stuff doesn't even last 90 days.

This is a terrific little cell phone repair place. And the prices were quoted beforehand are are quite reasonable. I had a new screen protector put on my IPhone for only $25. My friend had the battery replaced on her cell phone for around $80. The customer service person was super nice and the job was done quickly. Highly recommend Flatline!

This is the place to go to repair any cell phone issues. Joel does an excellent job everytime. I would highly recommend this place.
