Stopped by this morning with a rug that needed sizing. We came to inquire on pricing. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating! Devin carried in my rug. Jonathan cut it to size and bound the edge while I waited. Amazing skills and precision! The rug looks brand new from the factory! See for yourself. Thank you Ahly and Alaina in the office. We wanted a replacement area rug for out living room and found a brand and color at Lowe's. They contract with Binding Pros for the edge binding and the rug pad. I live well north of the Deer Valley airport and wanted to get the binding done while I ran errands near there so as to make only one trip.I called and they graciously gave me a day that fit my schedule. I arrived when they opened at 0700 and left the carpet I had picked up from Lowes. Within 50 minutes, I had a call and they were done binding the edge and cutting the pad. My wife and I finished our errands and picked up the carpet which looks awesome. The staff at Binding Pros is not only good at their job, they are willing to work to help their customers and that makes me a binding Pro customer for life!
