I dyed my hair from dark brown to platinum blonde at home on 12/18. I have done it twice before, but this time, it was terrible. Even after bleaching twice and toning, my hair was still orange. I was terrified cuz my birthday was on the 20th and had dinner plans. I went back the next day and an associate there, Summer, not only helped me find the products I needed but also wrote out detailed steps on what I need to do without frying my hair. She told me to call if I had questions (which I did like 3 times) and even requested if I can come so she would see the final do. I am deeply grateful to her for all her help. I appreciated her thoroughness and how much care she had. Thank you once again, Summer

It shows that it says they close at 7pm and it's Wednesday. I get there at 630pm and I know that already late but don't put it on your website saying close at 7pm. I really needed to return something.

Went here today and as soon as I walked in the two ladies started rushing me to get get what I needed and I felt very pressured I was going to order a lyft while I was in there buying my stuff and take my time but it seemed they wanted me out right away so now I am outside waiting in the heat
