Washing machine wouldnt work, called Central One and they promptly sent a knowledgeable technician out to assess the situation. After a thorough exam it was determined that the washer would need an expensive part replaced. The technician explained the problem and what the options were. We decided it made more sense to purchase a new washer. We appreciated how professional and thorough he was. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you Central One Service!

They showed up just like they said. Give me the bad news on my electric dryer. Board went out. He tried to find one . Look like special order thing. My luck. For what it will cost to fix, looks like I'm in the market for another dyer. I am glad I called central one service. I will use again when needed.

Having used this company before, I called about an issue I was having with my icemaker. Rather than going into all the details, being told they would not accept any more calls from me and hung up on, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB & AG of AR. After the back and forth, in the owner's reply to BBB, he said he would come to my house to see if he could resolve the problem. I called the office and was told he was "in the field" and could he (Kevin) help me. I told him why I was calling, and he said he would leave a message for the owner to call me. The Owner never called me back. So, I am washing my hands of the whole situation and will do any further business with another service company in the future.
