They go above and beyond for their customers. My zipper broke on one of my mattress covers and dropped off in the morning and done by the afternoon. Amazing service highly recommend.

I was extremely pleased with our interactions with Joyce and Gary, it felt like family. I was able to put the bed frame together myself with one phone call of help from Gary. I love our new mattresses and am so pleased we went with this company.

I am fully satisfied with the mattress. Totally in love with it. Beware you will not wish to leave the bed. This is worth more than the cost.

You can say It’s nice to know there is a real organic mattress out there, I have researched mattresses and this is the purest one.

A regrettable experience at every step. The mattress was delivered and left in the rain because the required signature option i chose wasn’t selected by the vendor. When I called, the vendor apologized and said she forgot. Then, I realized that they ordered the wrong type of mattress top. When I called about it, the same woman I spoke to before just laughed and said it happened because “she’s so used to ordering split top mattresses”. And that’s not it. She didn’t just order the wrong type of mattress, she also ordered the wrong mattress size! On top of all of it, the mattress delivered looked disgusting. After calling about the issues, I mentioned that the box spring delivered to me didn’t line up correctly. The corners didn’t all connect well and had gaps. I was met with a rude and insulting attitude by the woman’s husband and he eventually told tell me that the PRE-DRILLED holes on the product are only suggestions so it’s not his fault it didn’t line up. Nightmare. I would never recommend this place or their products. I wanted this to be a good experience, but the mattress, delivery and especially the poor communication, carelessness and very insulting attitudes given by the owners were awful. The entire experience was extremely time consuming and very stressful. There are other mattress companies that exist online and a few even have stores. They offer non toxic, organic mattresses with the various certifications customers like me were looking for, but they actually offer quality products and very good service. Based on my entire experience with this vendor, this place isn’t one of them.
