Steve Little is the Agent for our HOA. I needed proof of insurance for my mortgage company and contacted the office; they faxed the requested information within the hour and emailed me when it was completed. I've dealt with different insurance companies over the years; State Farm, and this office in particular, are there when you need them!

Paulo was absolutely splendid to work with! He was great at breaking down the insurance jargon into easy to understand terms. He offered recommendations but let me take the lead on making decisions (some people really try and force you down one path, and that was not the case at all with him)! I feel confident - not only in the coverage I have, but also in my understanding of what the policy all entails. Thanks Paulo!
