Brad Nakase is a true community man, talking to him is just like chatting to your neighbor. He is funny, super intelligent, and a force of nature in court. He truly listens to you, which is something most attorneys cannot do. At times I feel like he understood my injuries better than I did! Unfortunately after my car accident, we had to take the insurance company to court, they were stubborn in denying my claim, but Brad Nakase was more stubborn! The results of my case were better than I ever could hope for. Brad Nakase is the only lawyer I have ever felt like I could trust implicitly. He really speaks to you on your level instead of being condescending or drowning things in legal jargon. I had spoken to another employment lawyer before him but within 5 mins of my consultation with Brad Nakase I knew that he was the right man for the job. He gave me detailed information and answered every single question I had. I never thought in my life that I would be writing a review saying how thankful I was for an attorney. They get such a bad reputation in the media for being slimy and money hungry. However, my experience with Nakase Accident Lawyer and Employment Lawyer was the exact opposite. Everyone I met was warm and treated me with respect and listened to the details of my case. Brad Nakase personally dealt with the Police and the insurance company to gather evidence and submit a claim for my expenses following an accident. At a time where I was injured and worried about my future, it was such a relief to have a knowledgeable and empathetic team on my side. Even the receptionist seemed to know exactly who I was and would ask me how I was doing. Everyone at Nakase Law Firm are genuine good human beings.

Attorney Nakase has treated me so well after i was hit on a bicycle. I was able to recieve my physical therapy through the firm. That was super convient. I was even able to get advanced pay to help with my expenses during this crisis. The Staff is very understanding and so very nice. I will HIGHLY recommend Attorney Nakase for any injury accident.
