Pedro with Pro Repair and Remodel was fantastic! His experience definitely showed in his work. I had a flood and he had to basically remodel my entire first floor from ceiling fans, vinyl flooring, to bathrooms vanities! If I could give 10 Stars I would, but can only give 5 stars! “Pro-Repair and Remodel”, under the very capable hands of Mr Peter Sagadal, fully licensed and insured, did some major works for me in my medical office building in San Diego. After a phone conversation and meeting him at the office and telling him what I like to be done, we agreed to have him do it. I had 2 bathrooms, one laboratory room and one waiting room that need complete renovations. On the 2 bathrooms, he changed to new tile floorings and new toilets, including baseboards and plumbing’s. On the laboratory room, he put new tile floorings and replaced the sink. The waiting room, which required unexpected digging of the concrete floor which he patiently explained to me why and how to which I agreed made sense and very reasonable, was done well. Before he started work, he asked for the customary and legal 10% down payment, 25% payment after demolition and the remaining payment after the whole work is completed. These payments were all done on time. As he promised, the work would be done in 2-3 weeks which was accomplished on time. The contract stated that the start would be Oct. 10, 2019 and should be done by October 30, 2019. So far, everything was done on time and I told myself this guy is unbelievable. But he did something that I was very happy and grateful. I told my wife this guy take pride on what he do, because the works were beautifully done and it is like a “Masterpiece”. Very happy with what he had done, I asked him to do a few more renovations including putting a security door on a storage room, a new gate and lightings on the back of the building. Again, he did it well and very professionally. Needless to say, I would recommend him unconditionally. He is worth every pennies and dollars you would spend. Call him and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for reading this. He deserved all the words I said. There are a lot of contractors and handyman and most of them are good but some are not desirable. Peter is a good one. Be careful with the bad apples. Thanks.
