This company made it easy to send flowers from out of state to my family in San Francisco. Their site was easy to navigate, they had a clear order tracking system keeping me informed from I placed the order to when it arrived to its destination and my family loved the flowers. Can’t get much better than that! They are also a small business and family owned!

R&R make it so easy to order flowers by style or budget. And when you've placed an order they keep you informed about the status of your order all the way through delivery confirmation. I particularly like that you get a picture of the flowers before they are delivered so you know exactly what you're sending. Best florist experience, ever.

I wanted to send a good friend who had recently been hospitalized a same day floral arrangement. I ordered the flowers on-line and the process was very straightforward. I loved being able to watch the progress of my order as it went through various steps up to delivery. Stephanie followed up with me to let me know there were other flowers used that were available and I was very happy with the customer service and the arrangement. I highly recommend Rossi & Rovetti Flowers and we definitely use them again!

What a great find! We found Jason and team on a Sunday night, and really needed a delivery the next day. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the arrangement (thanks Nicole), but the service included step-by-step progress updates from order receipt => payment => processing => design => quality check => (thanks Carlos). We've lived in the Bay Area for 20+ years, but our experience with Rossi & Rovetti is hands down the best ever. Just look at their beautiful work!!

I just wish you were everywhere! The orchid you selected and delivered was perfect, but what I loved (& appreciated) most were the thoughtful extra touches you included, especially the shells! I just noticed you were voted ‘San Francisco’s Best 2021’ I now know why! I’m passing your contact information on to friends & family.
