We are beyond happy and grateful to Dan and Clara. We had a complicated case, and the pandemic got us into serious trouble. But with faith, courage, trust and a lot of patience and perseverance, my beloved husband Prashant finally migrated to America from India after 3 and half years of immigration process, and recently he received his green card. Truly without Dan and Clara, I doubt we would have succeeded. Dan is an amazing lawyer....very efficient, professional and wise in his approach. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Dan and his team! My husband and I worked with Dan for three years to get my husband's green card. My husband is from Mexico. Dan did our adjustment of status (i-130), petition for waiver of the 10 year ban (i-601a), and the final green card interview in Mexico. Dan (and Patty!) were so easy to work with, he was always so open and honest with us about the process. I spent a lot of time (probably too much time) emailing Dan to make sure we were doing everything we could and providing all he needed and Dan would always respond and was always very reassuring. Dan does a good job at listening and making sure that there is a valid case. I'm so grateful we had such a wonderful lawyer and team to help us through this hard process.

My wife and I used Kaiser Roten for our green card application and Dan Roten is beyond what we expected out of the whole process. He is an incredibly honest and competent lawyer and a great guy on a personal level. He evaluated our situation and gave every risk to us up front without sugar coating what may or may not happen. His staff was incredible as I cannot begin to count how many times we called with questions and concerns, sometimes multiple times over, and they were always patient and professional with us.
