Rancho Car Wash

I don't know how this place is in business other than the fact it's in my ritzy area and they overcharge. Brought my car in just cause I was feeling a little lazy to vacuum the sand out of the car, they maybe cleared 10% of it and there wasn't a lot. Car came out of the wash almost worse than before. I noticed there were a couple scratches that weren't there before I drove it in, guy just kinda laughed it off and tried to use a cloth to rub them out which didn't work. Not often your car actually looks worse than when you brought i in. I spent 25 bucks for  a negative result, gobsmacked about how terrible this place is. No pride of work, worst car wash I've ever had out of 100's.

Little pricey for a drive through ( Minimum $20.00). Used to be full service, which is why I went. Lot's of cheaper alternatives that do the same, for less. Won't be going back.

I went this week and got a detail on my car it was actually an exterior detail with the wipe down and dressing in the interior. I paid $200 for everything and the outside of the car did look very well there were a few spots that you can tell were not hit with the clay bar or polish but it was right by the windows so maybe there was a concern not to hit the window. I really didn't take a good look at the car as I just wanted to grab and go. I noticed that the interior did not have any dressing as it wasn't the normal shiny that I usually see. I also noticed that one of my wheels were not wipe down that well and the door jamb around the window and the window covers we're not wipe down that well. When I went early in the morning it was really slow and it was overcast and there were only a few workers there so I don't know if this has anything to do with it. But they did polish up one of my headlights that was fading which I liked. I have a small Scion coupe so I thought a little more detail would have been put into my car since it's really small. Overall the car looks better than it did and they did remove some of the scratches that were on the hood.

Do not subscribe to a car wash here, if you sell your vehicle, you need to cancel your subscription. I came in 2 weeks ago and told them I needed to cancel. The clerk printed out blank receipt paper and told me to write down my information and the manager would take care of it. Today I was charged another $30. This place is a scam. I now need to go through my bank to report this place. STAY AWAY

You're better off going somewhere else. I had trouble just paying at the machine. When calling for help, i was ignored. I was patience and I moved to the next lane. Still didn't work and pressed for help. Was ignored again and know the guy saw me so i honked for his help. I called the number on the screen and he said he would send someone and immediately the same guy came to help and told me to not honk. I told him i've been calling for assistance? The excuse was he was the only person. When pulling around of course there were 3 guys just standing around and talking. I didn't even bother to ask where to vacuum my car. I should of stuck with Super star car wash in Vista as they greet you at the screen. This is not the same car wash services I remember... Sad.
