Similar experience to others. $6.15 original charge (which seems very high for a 9-mile stretch of road!) sent to collections after 3 months even though I didn't get the bills. They added $1.50 for two mailings + $25 "civil penalty" (how is that allowed as a private entity?) + $20 collections - 80% one-time reduction of the civil penalty ($20) = $32.65. ExpressToll (the other set of toll roads in Colorado) was able to easily grandfather me into their system with no extra fees.

Your additional fees make this a very poor option. I see why you have the worst Google rating I have ever seen.... and will never drive on your road again...
