The Electric Way

First off, The Electric Way was on time when they said they were going to be there for the scheduled appointment. Hunter was attentive and thorough in exploring my dilemma. He listened to the problem I was describing and made sure to explain his recommendations as he was troubleshooting for a solution. He was courteous and answered all of my questions so I could easily understand. I would recommend The Electric Way for any of your electrical needs.

The communication and professionalism from start to finish was above and beyond our expectations. We had multiple contractors working on our basement so scheduling and timing of work could have been an issue. However, the scheduling, the quality of the work, courtesy and kindness of the office and electricians we met (especially working around other contractors timing and mess), made this project much easier. We will definitely use The Electric Way again and highly recommend them!

I had some issues with my outlets in my kitchen not working. They sent out Vincent to troubleshoot it. Spent about 30-45 minutes trying to find the cause but unfortunately couldn't determine why my GFI's were tripping. Turned my breaker back on and wired up the GFI's and they started working. He cleaned everything up and told me he wouldn't charge me since he couldn't determine the cause of the tripping. Very professional and on time. Would definitely give them a call again. They earned my business in the future.

The folks at the Electric Way told me what time they would be here and showed up right on time. The electrician was courteous and even took time to greet my dog. He was very efficient and got everything done in under an hour. I would definitely use these guys again.
