Gwyn refinished a table top that had been irreparably damaged by an acetone spill. Sanded, stained and refinished to look like new! Had to actually re-stain the previous "wormhole" and "wear" marks to replicate the original finish. It looks absolutely beautiful and took about 3 weeks. Gwyn is working alone now so you may have to call a couple of times to get hold of him, and wait until he has time but it's worth the wait. Gorgeous workmanship, highly recommend!

My son came by the shop with a broken slide on an old piece of furniture. The shop owner, Gwyn, stopped what he was doing and helped us out by custom fabricating a slide that was an exact match. If it werent for his help and expertise, we would not have been able to fix a beautiful piece of older furniture as the type of slide needed is not made anymore. We really appreciated how accommodating and helpful he was and will be recommending him and his shop to anyone with furniture repair needs. Many thanks!

JT Restoration did a really great job repairing my two antique chairs. Gwyn did some detective work in figuring out their structural weaknesses. It was obvious he knows his craft. He quoted several prices in how to best and affordably repair them. Gwyn even repaired them days earlier than expected. They look so great and they are so sturdy. I couldnt be happier with the whole experience at JT Restoration.

Gwyn (the owner) is an expert-specialist at furniture repair. I had complex repairs (a heavy marble table that needed extra support for the legs as well as bar stools that needed to be disassembled and then assembled again to allow them to be secure). Gwyn did the work exceptionally well. I am delighted by the end product as well as by his expertise. Gwyn also cared deeply about delivering quality. He refused to make easy fixes. Gwyn only accepted correct fixes that delivered lasting quality results. If you have a complex repair or fine furniture repair, JT Restoration is the place for you!!!
