Its been over 9 days since my apt building has received our mail. I have called everyday and they continue to tell me that theyre understaffed and to be patient. I have only lived at my residence for 3 months and this is the third time they have lost my package. Please avoid if possible.

Delivers only when they feel like it to our office center with 30+ businesses with offices, waiting for checks and other important mail needed to operate their business. Lawsuit is following this.

I was expecting a Christmas gift to be delivered to my work, it was supposed to be the 23rd but the package didn't get to Denver in time so very understandable it then was to be delivered today the 24th I checked tracking and it said they attempted to deliver at 11:09 but the business was closed. This is not true we are very much open there are to open signs that light up and flash open. The postal carrier made a bad decision that we were closed and didn't actually try and deliver. I will tell my kid my Christmas for the united States post office we are government employees where mediocrity is what we strive for. Merry Christmas

Just wanted to give some serious props for the Christmas miracle Candace pulled off this week. We'd mailed some Christmas packages to our son in Denver from Seattle and mistakenly had his address wrong by one number. Since it was undeliverable they were going to send both packages back, but after receiving that email from the tracking program I was able to locate the PO and speak with Candance who promptly found one package, changed the address and resent it. We were thrilled when our son texted that it had arrived. Meanwhile this wonderful USPS employee took it upon herself to search and find the other, larger package, change that address and get it delivered just today! I think people take the service that this age old governmental, non-profit business provides for granted and too easily forget the efforts from the employees. Hats off and 5 stars for Candance and the fellow workers at this branch!!

This post office gets a 4, but Candace gets a 10! Let's start with the bad: The Sunnyside Post Office is short-staffed, so those of us in the neighborhood don't get consistent mail delivery. But now the good: I had two tropical plant seedlings that showed as "delivered" in the middle of an unexpected snowstorm. They weren't. The next day, I filed a missing package report and wound up speaking with Candace C. She promised to see what she could do. A few hours later, she called to say that she had not only found my packages, but was downstairs to personally deliver them to me! She truly saved my little Anthurium seedlings as they would not have survived another night in the cold. Please hire more employees like Candace!
