Balfour at Riverfront Park

Blue Tesla model 3 on Sunday, April 2 just after 2pm doing over 100 miles an hour after getting on at Central Park Boulevard & I70 and getting off on Park Avenue downtown so Im not sure which location this belongs to. Something to consider if your people are at either location.

The apartments are mundane and not worth the expense, cheap flooring, dirty windows and questionable plumbing and electrical facilities. There was a horrible leak that took out access to hot water for 11 days and limited cold water the rest of the time. When leaving, I left the apartment in pristine shape, and took a video. I left my forwarding address with USPS and Balfour. 4 months after my departure I received an email stating that they couldn't get ahold me which astounded me since by sending that email it was obvious they in fact, had my contact email and phone number which had not changed in a dozen years. They sent me an invoice for $7995.00 for painting a 2 bedroom 1495sqft apartment after I had been there over 2 years. I requested documentation repeatedly to vet their claim, and they never sent that information. Only after involving my attorney did they choose to drop the claim. I view this as elder abuse, and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
