I ordered delivery of a bouquet to a friend in this company. Service pleasantly surprised - the arrangement was fabulous! I am truly glad that I found this stunning flower shop for my event this Morning. It was a rush order but Golden Rose Blooms staff never complains about it or charged me extra. They provided me an excellent service and a fair pricing on their services. No hidden charges to others. They deserve 5 stars! Thanks!

This appears to just be a front for Veldkamp's flowers, at least for delivery. Perhaps this is just a COVID era arrangement, but I was not informed at the time of purchase. I am not happy about this as I was specifically avoiding Veldkamp's (check their reviews). The arrangement that arrived was pretty nice (I would say it was average for a professional floral arrangement at the price point, which is to say much better than what you find at King Soopers) but it was not what we discussed on the phone. Multiple times the woman on the phone (who seemed unhappy to be doing her job, or at least didn't have good phone presence) said there would be color in the arrangement. What was delivered contained 100% white flowers. They were fine - good even, but had the color been important to me I would have been very disappointed. Do what you say you are going to do - People don't like surprises. Unless and until they start making floral arrangements themselves again, I would suggest going elsewhere. If nothing else, go with Veldkamp's - at least you would be dealing with the people who are actually doing the work (and you might save some money in the process)

I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill last week when ordering flowers for my wife who was starting her first day of work. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and even insisted I take time to think through how nicely the card should be written (which he said was an oft overlooked but important detail). The flowers were amazing and are still amazing even several days on. My wife says they're the nicest flowers she's ever received and she's a tough critic. Many thanks again! Will be purchasing again.

Lady on the phone was very unhelpful and rude. She said their website is down due to COVID so I asked if she could possibly send a photo of what I would be buying my mother. She basically told me I don’t have time for that and hung up.
