They staff there were very nice and did there job amazingly, Dr. Britt was amazing as well as the the dental assistant Jessica she was very sweet.

UPDATE: theyve set me someone elses X-rays, so they are violating HIPAA as well. Very unorganized. VERY unprofessional. Also I got a second opinion and they told me the work this office wanted to do would have most likely caused me permanent nerve damage in my jaw. They just are pull teeth happy at this office. I would definitely get many opinions before giving this office my time or money could be a painfully costly mistake. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior at a dentist office in my life, and I grew up in Las Vegas so thats saying a lot. This place had both me AND my husband in tears not once but TWICE. We continuously got different information depending on who we were talking to. Very fake customer service. Think condescension with a smile. To top it off, because I left in tears asking for copies of mine and my husbands X-rays and medical files, I have now received this letter informing me I'm no longer welcome... I haven't even had three appointments and I definitely never missed the ones I did have. I know because they're permanently seared into my memory with how traumatic our experience was at this office. DO NOT GO HERE.
