You did an amazing job on the paint and replacing the damaged siding in the back of our home, but when I contacted you to let you know that you took a tarp out of our back yard that wasnt yours you said you would return it. Afterwards you stopped returning my calls and texts and never returned the tarp. While I am very happy with the work, I shouldnt have have to worry about you taking things from my yard and not returning them. We hired Diamond Coat Custom Painting to paint over our company logos, tv mounted areas, and whiteboard mounted areas in our old office. He fixed the drywall holes, textured them, matched the paint, and was incredibly clean. He was very timely, kind, professional, and assured us he would fix anything that we were unhappy with or that did not fully meet or exceed our expectations. The owner asked repeatedly if we were satisfied with his work once completed and even came back to touch things up he himself was dissatisfied with (though I saw no issues with anything). In our move, we failed to remove a few wooden stakes from the wall and he was very friendly and came to fill the holes and paint that as well quite a while after the job was done. He even went above and beyond and helped us unmount and remount our TVs in both the old and the new office. Diamond Coat Custom Painting is professional, affordable, and very good at communication. I hired Aaron to repair some pieces of siding and do a complete exterior paint job last summer. I was extremely disappointed with this companys quality of work, communication, and overall lack of professionalism. Poor Quality: - Within days of completing the job, the paint was already showing signs of bubbling, cracking, and peeling in a number of places. - Requested Aaron come back and do touch ups. When reviewing the work his crew had done, he made comments like My guys did that? to a bad caulking job and admitted that bubbling was evidence that his crew didnt properly prep before painting. Even after personally re-touching these areas himself, bubbling/cracking/peeling returned and has only gotten worse. - See photos for details of the work quality. Job Not Completed: - Hired to repair 13 pieces of siding before painting. Did not order enough materials to complete the job (repairs required removing additional siding, something he should have known when ordering materials). His own crew questioned why he hadnt ordered more at the start. Aaron told me he would return on his own time to complete the job, but I needed to cover more materials and the cost of his labor. - After months of waiting, Aaron tried to claim the remaining repairs were a new job and at back of the line in priority for him. Aaron said that he considered the first job completed because he used the materials he had initially ordered. - I asked for 13 specific siding pieces to be repaired, 6 of them are still broken. To me, that is not completing the job he was hired to do. Any additional work should have been completed as soon as possible, not after months of back and forth. - Eventually he told me to find another contractor to complete the job he had agreed to do. Unprofessional: - After initially telling me that I needed to wait the 3-4 weeks for additional siding to come in, I reached out to Aaron after more than 5 weeks had gone by. He did not return calls or texts for a week. I then made a random google number and called himsuddenly, he picked up right away. Odd. - He continued to not return calls or tell me hed call me back and then Id never hear from him again. - Finally agreed on a day and time for him to come out and finish remaining work. No call, no show. I waited the entire day for him to arrive and he never even sent me a text to tell he wasnt coming. Incredibly unprofessional. - Asked him to come out to the house and look at the work his crew was doing while they were still on the job. He said he would and then never came. Only reviewed work after crew was done. *Crew also left a pile of trash (empty paint cans, buckets, food wrappers etc) on our driveway.* Services: Door painting, Exterior painting
