Hello Gerardo, Thank you so much for your business. We are super grateful for our customers and work hard to try and do our best to take care of them the way they want to be taken care of. We appreciate the feedback on answering the phones and will work hard to improve that situation.The phone situation in the office is sort of complicated right now. There is usually just one person answering the phone and sometimes the phone rings with 20 calls in a row and other times it'll go for an hour without ringing at all. During the times when the phone rings 20 times in a row... what usually happens is... we will be on a call with a different customer and several voicemails will all come in while we're on that call. In that circumstance... if you were the fourth message leaver in the line... Then it would probably take 10-15 minutes to get back to you.. (There is never a situation where we are ignoring calls--- we are always furiously helping other customers when the phone doesn't get answered.) The delays on the callbacks are rarely very long. Especially for active customers or things that we know are urgent. Most people are okay with it this way. But our overriding goal here is for the customers to be happy. And if there's something you're not happy about then we need to figure out a way to do better. We understand that some people would prefer it to be different and so we will definitely work hard to try and improve the system so that we can get connected with eager people right away.Thanks again for your business and supporting us!--The Radon Safety Team
