        The Nutty Company is the go-to place for industrial fasteners. The people there are always friendly and very helpful. They have fasteners in inch and metric sizes. They also have an extensive stock of hardware and straps for heavy lifting applications.

        I have been buying here for years. I placed an order and it said everything in stock. Days later I was informed an item was unavailable but I could pay more to get it. It was going to be 33% more expensive when it came in. I said I would still buy it at the old price just send it when it comes in. They said NO. They said they "cannot control price increases". The price was about 20 something bucks more. I told them they can control accurate pricing on their website and honor an agreed upon price to a customer. An item I paid for in my cart should be the price I paid when it comes in. Honor your prices and word. Lousy customer care. Now they lost a customer for life. I went online and bought the same product for less from a competitor.
