        Always professional and on time. Reasonable pricing, even though they are almost a monopoly. For this reason, sometimes you have to wait to get a service call. But worth the wait. They dont try to sell you things you do not need.

        We hired Integrity heating to install our new pellet stove, they did a wonderful job. They managed to get the stove up our icy driveway and though our old piping didnt match up, they happened to have the correct piping in stock to do a same day installation! I appreciated the info on new stove burn-off to avoid any confusion and the review of the maintenance that has to be done to keep the stove running well. Appointment reminders were sent through text along with en-route notifications which helped me plan my day without much guess-work which is always nice. Thanks again! Service: Fireplace installations
