These people are heroes!!! If you are looking for a place to rent a truck, do it here. I was in a state of emergency after Budget failed to deliver a truck even 24 hours after my scheduled pickup (seriously, never rent a truck from Budget). I had a cross-country move planned and was at a complete loss. Thankfully, when I called Penske at 11 pm, they were able to find and reserve a truck for me at this location the next day. We showed up before opening and the truck was there in the lot. They were incredibly, incredibly kind, plus funny and honest too boot. We were given a brand new truck with only 9000 miles on it! I cannot be more grateful to the great people at this store! The move went well and it's all because of them!

I searched for rentals and entered my information on the website but changed my mind after seeing a better price from a competitor and made a reservation. Fortunately the next day Andy called and after a few minutes on the phone decided to cancel the reservation I made and go with Penske. They were easy to work with, kept in touch to make sure I was going to make it in from Chicago on time to get the truck, and followed up afterwards. I will definitely recommend him to anyone.
