        We were very pleased with the workmanship and explanation of the installer. He was terrific. In general, were very pleased. Our only issue related to the fact that our gas line needed to be bonded to the electric panel; we thought that was included in the estimate, but the installer was not licensed to do that work, and we incurred the expense of hiring our own electrician. and not sure whos at fault for the misunderstanding.

      Mr. Christensen, thank you for the kind words and for rating your experience with us so high. To answer your question about bonding the gas line, when CSST gas piping is used in an installation, it requires electrical bonding. Our quote specified that it must be bonded by an electrician. We apologize for the misunderstanding as we not licensed electricians, thus are not allowed to perform the bonding to your electrical system.
