Met Vanguard at a neighbors house and was impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail.We have a large home and an oversized parking pad, as well as a sidewalk around our house.they came over, did extensive measurements and gave us a price, not an estimatefinished our house today and did a great job through our .great detail and very friendly servicehighly recommend.State of the Art equipment.

We have used many power washing companies before and none comes close to the quality of Vanguard's work. Our gutters sparkle as they did 10 years ago when installed. They used a special gutter cleaner once the house was power washed to remove the gray streaks on the gutters. No other company we have used did this. They power washed the sidewalks and they look like the concrete was just poured. They power washed our brick pavers and they look wonderful. They also power washed the bricks around the landscaping. Totally professional company who cared for our home as if it was theirs. When giving an estimate, they provide several variables to the basic house power wash so it's the customers choice to choose the add-ons with no pressure from Vanguard.

I can't say enough positive about Vanguard. Kenny is thoroughly professional. He was very helpful explaining the services offered and courteously answered my questions. I appreciated the efficient app that let me select which services I wanted in the estimate. On the day scheduled, they showed up right on time and took care to prep exterior electrical fixtures such as outlets, fan and floods beforehand. They power washed my house, driveway, sidewalk, porch, deck patio, patio furniture and even my windows and put everything back afterward. I plan to have them clean my mossy roof later on. I recommend Vanguard highly and will and definitely use them in future.
