        I had the most amazing first time experiencing a sound bath. I highly recommend this holistic approach to relaxing. A future visit is definitely on the horizon , but I will be intentional on emptying my bladder before the experience. The ocean, rain and thunder sounds interfered with my ability to fully relax.
