        A Corporate lawyer referred me to this company, They didn't follow instructions from the lawyer. Opened an LLC instead of a C-corp. Beyond that this really IS NOT a done for you service. They charge you and then leave countless administrative tasks for you to complete with little to no guidance... If you're using a service like this, you don't know how to navigate this stuff and they don't do it for you, thus making this a horrible service. (I now need to complete countless confusing forms independently then pay them an additional $400 to close the company they opened incorrectly). Horrible company, Horrible service.
