I am new to wearing hearing aids and have been very happy with the service and guidance received at Brandywine Hearing Center. Audiologist Michael Michelli is very knowledgeable and patient. You can tell he has a real passion for what he does and truly cares about his patients. He thoroughly explained everything about the proper use and care of my new rechargeable hearing aids and I had a free three week trial to try out the aids before committing to purchase. Michael is always very quick to reply to emails or phone calls. The office has been very accommodating seeing me on short notice whenever I had any questions/issues and I was never made to feel rushed during my visits. I've had audio adjustments done remotely and in person - and imagine I may still need a few more down the road, as I continue to get used to wearing hearing aids. I'm confident I'll continue to receive excellent care at BHC. Finally taking the steps to deal with my moderate hearing loss was a big investment- but one I wish I'd made years ago. What a joy to be able to watch TV with the family at a normal volume - and engage in conversations without constantly asking "mumblers" to repeat what they said. So happy to have found Brandywine Hearing Center and Michael Michelli.

So today I stop at Brandywine Hearing Center to get covers for my aides , the receptionist first tells me I dont have an account for you then says did you go to another site and I say yes at Mill Creek. Then she says thats impossible because this our only site. I say no I went there numerous times for appointments with three different technicians she tells me Im lying its impossible. Well I know where I was going and now know where Im not going Her arrogance tells me all about their business What I do know is I went to mill creek medical Dr office and they had a site within the Dr practice( first room on right) went there many timesp
