Most disgusting place Ive ever been to. To start off the DJ is playing music from 2012 when it is actually an entire decade later , its 2022. They plates were dirty when we went up to get our food and we were treated rudely when we informed the staff on it. We waited to be boarded for about 30 minutes in the cold. This is the most sorry excuse Ive ever seen for a dinner. On top of the dirty plates the food was more disgusting, In fact I chose to starve instead of eating it. Rude staff , horrible food and overall appalling experience . Do not go to this establishment

Took over an hour to have our table released to get food while others were getting seconds. Food was barely edible. Humidity inside was at 100%. The music was awful and you couldn't hear anything. We didn't leave port because of winds that didn't exist. There was also multiple health code violations including including dirty plates and cross contamination. Feels like a waste of my time and money. Edit: After posting the first time, someone passed out in the dancefloor mosh pit that DJ Rob promoted.

Absolute trash.. The best part of the cruise is when we docked and GTF off.. the food was ok but the drinks were watered down and they have the nerve to charge $18 for them.. We paid $125 pp just to go to a buffet that didn't even include non-alcoholic beverages.. One of our party guest noticed a pair of serving tongs were on the floor and the staff member picked it up and place it on the buffet.. One of the staff member had dreads which was hanging and fell into the mashed potatoes when he placed the tray on the buffet. Some of the staff members seemed to absolutely hate their jobs.. Overall I would never go again even if it was free..

We did their V-day brunch cruise and it was nice. Diverse crowd. There were two sides with two different vibes (one for kids?), but not sure what the difference was. Our side had an ole school DJ who was also a lowkey tour guide, pointing out stuff as we cruised by. The food was buffet style, which was a little scary considering, but we had to show vaccination cards to board so... anyway, the food was very basic, like what you would find at a hotel hot bar lol. They did have 2 carved meat stations, turkey and roast beef. And of course bottomless mimosas. They have parking, which we did not know lol. The staff was very nice. It was cold on deck bc of the season, and we missed the professional photographer for the souvenir photo.
