The customer service was amazing, Alain was really nice and helpful, I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me finance my car but he was also really nice. Loved that inside the dealer they have an office that helps you find insurance, it’s extremely convenient if you need it. The guy that helped me with the insurance was also really nice and straightforward. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their service, would 100% recommend.

Made an appointment a week prior. When I arrived the person I had the appointment with was on the phone and then left his office. I waited 30 minutes and then went to look for someone else to help me. One of the guys on blue shirts pointed me towards another representative. He told me to wait for him and he will help. After another 15 minutes he took my info and advised my car need an air filter change on top of the complimentary oil change and tire rotation and quoted me $87. Long story short, I arrived at the dealer at 9am for my appointment and got my car back at 1:30 pm. What is the point of making an appointment then? To top it off my bill came up to $113, and included a repair fee? My car did not need any repair ..., when I questioned it I was told it was the taxes that up my bill but simple math tells you that 7% on 87 is not $26 The only good thing about this experience were the guys in the blue polos. Service was horrible, time in the dealer excessive and a clear explanation for bill unavailable. Obviously I had to pay if I wanted my car back so I feel cheated on every single way
