I strongly recommend A1 Mold Force. I had flooding from recent rains and they came out right away. John, Michael, and their team did a fantastic job of moving things and tearing out my flood-soaked carpets, removing baseboards where needed, spraying to mitigate mold, and drying everything out for me. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their work was great!

I have to admit that I made a mistake by not calling A1 Mold Force first. When my dishwasher leaked and caused damage to my kitchen cabinets and flooring, I called another company, but it only led to more damage. Fortunately, I called A1 Mold Force, and they sent their team over the same day. They got right to work on fixing the water damage and mold, and my kitchen looks better than it did before the incident! They were upfront with me about the process and the timeline, and to my surprise, they even finished ahead of schedule. I have to say, I cannot recommend A1 Mold Force enough! When I bought my first home, the home inspection revealed mold growth under the sink. Another company estimated the mold remediation would cost $3600, but A1 Mold Force came in and quickly realized that a handyman could easily take care of the issue for less than $1000. They even provided me with a list of reliable handymen! The people at A1 Mold Force are truly honest and trustworthy. If you're concerned about the cost of mold remediation, I highly recommend using their services over other companies.

I had the A1 Mold Force come out to my house after I contacted them about a mold issue. The representative who assisted me, named David, was very knowledgeable, honest, and was able to answer my many questions. David assisted me in finding a resolution to the mold problem and was very thorough in identifying any and all potential problem areas to prevent future occurrences. I have dealt with various remediation and restoration companies in the past, but not all of them had the necessary expertise. David from A1 Mold Force is highly qualified and knowledgeable, and you can trust him to guide you in the right direction. Overall, I had a great experience with A1 Mold Force from North Port.
