Was greeted by a disgruntled employee. The rooms were old and needed upgrading. Was supposed to refund me for cancelation and overcharged from the quoted price.

The sofa in the living room was FILTHY and worn.The carpet was stained and needed to be replaced.The mattress was old and should be thrown away. The bathroom and kitchen appeared to be recently updated. I couldn't reach anyone from the front desk, no one ever answered. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to request a sheet to cover up the sofa as I was afraid to sit on it . I wouldn't recommend.

My husband and I stayed at an airbnb in the Orlando location of The Point for 9 days for business/personal vacation. The suite was very nice and the company that rented to us was very easy to contact. I don't have many nice things to say about the actual building though. There are 2 elevators for each wing, but the wings only connect on the bottom floor. There was only one working elevator on the west side where we stayed at. A couple times we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator. We checked out today and were waiting almost 20 minutes total, and in that time the elevator stopped on our floor 4 times and it was full each time. We ended up lugging our suit cases down 5 flights of stairs instead of waiting any longer. You need to use a key card to get into the building from any door other than the front door, which is fine if they actually worked all the time. There is a nice pool, but if you want to lay out to tan, don't bother going there, as the way the building is situated there is never any sun by the pool. Any time we walked by staff they were very friendly, but that is not enough to get us to stay at The Point again.
