I needed to replace a water heater. Michael's plumbing responded quickly to my concerns, was professional and offered same day evaluations. The Install was completed the next day. Will definitely keep you mind for future plumbing needs.

Update 8/4 - I spoke with Michael of Michaels plumbing and now I see why they are so rude, its starts at the top! I told him I left a bad review, " He said, in a snotty accent " I don't really care man", whatever. He refused to send someone out without additional payment after I have paid twice and the issue is not fixed. 7/30 -They are super RUDE, they came out twice and didn't fix the problem. Shonda or whatever her name was hung up on me TWICE. They also were never on time, 11 to 1 was the arrival time and its 1:30 and they aren't here. All they care about is getting their fee whether you issued is fixed or not!!! Stay away from Michael's plumbing or get screwed!! I told them I had sceptic tank problem and it was my sump pump, the guy arrived looked at it and said the pump was not working, then he said it was working, but the float was stuck. Can you fix it? No, I don't work on pumps or floats, then why did they send you out...who cares...that will be $88. Service: Drain unblocking

I had standing water in my kitchen sink for over a week (I was washing dishes in the bathroom sink!). Called our usual plumber who sent out three different plumbers but none fixed the problem (but we sure had to pay each time!) So we called Michael's Plumbing who sent "Delicious" (aka: Tony) who in 20 minutes fixed the problem, was kind, professional, and we were charged ONE TENTH what the other plumber estimated the solution would be. We now have a new plumbing service for life!
